Showing our young, and prospective, pilots the way

Grabbing hold of a mentor or mentors is the best thing you will ever do for your career. Too strongly stated? I don’t think so. Personally, I have two.

Off the back of a recent trip to Griffith University where I was immersed in the world of its budding aviators, a theme emerged specifically from the female cohort, of which there was about a 20 per cent representation.
