Looking up
For a lot of people working within the aerospace industry, it has been a lifelong passion and interest. Let’s face it, aerospace an awesome (in the literal sense) and inspiring industry to be in. Because of this, it has always attracted highly talented and enthusiastic people across the world to join the aero ranks. But in light of the discussions around International Women’s Day, the question is whether the aerospace industry is attracting diverse talent. The conversation around workplace diversity has evolved to the point where it is a consumer expectation that organisations have, or are working towards, an inclusive and diverse workforce.
