Nutrition and adequate hydration. Two key words that do not get as much attention with a lot of pilots as adequate fuel supply or the correct airspeed and fuel burn.

At flight school we learn a lot, about aerodynamics, aviation law and engines, amongst other subjects. One thing that does not get a lot of air time is that of the importance of getting an adequate intake of food and drink and the effect of a lack of both quantity and quality of those items.
