Smoke On …2015!
Behind Matt Hall’s smile is the unmistakable determination needed to reach the top
Eight hundredths of a second – it sounds like a camera shutter speed. It was actually the miniscule margin that prevented Matt Hall from winning the opening Red Bull Air Race (RBAR) for 2015. Red Bull 2015
When the Red Bull Air Race returned to the skies in 2014 it came with some changes. The inaugural Challenger Cup took place introducing a new generation of pilots to the race circuit in a less intense format, preparing them to step up to the Master Class of RBAR. 2015 has seen two of those pilots, Francois Le Vot and Juan Velarde, graduating to the top level.
