Support arrangements are being put in place for the RAAF’s F-35s
Australian companies are well positioned to secure future sustainment work on the F-35 Lightning II, according to program executive officer Lieutenant General Christopher Bogdan.
Addressing the media at the Australian International Airshow in late February, the head of the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) said that further opportunities for Australian industry to play a role in the “global sustainment enterprise” will arise as complete regional sustainment capabilities are established in the Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.
