Bill Finlen’s beautifully restored DH. 60M Moth UMK is almost ready to fly with only the paperwork to complete. The DH. 60M, unofficially called the Metal Moth, first flew in 1928 and was a strengthened version of the DH. 60G Gipsy Moth using a welded steel tube fuselage covered with fabric instead of the wooden fuselage used in earlier Moths.
