If we don’t learn from history, we are bound to repeat it. On the aviation training front we are approaching crunch time again. Australia and many other countries will need to replenish their ageing aviation workforces soon.
This is not just pilots and engineers but operations staff, load/route analysts, accountants, HR specialists and IT experts that are now integral to airline/freight operations and the highly developed aviation support companies. In short, we need to inspire school-leavers to see aviation as still being one of the most interesting industries on which to build a career.
