A vicious circle
The JSF program is a fast moving target at present, with new reports on troubles with the program appearing regularly, and few successes being announced.
The latest bad news for the program is the prospect of facing a potential Nunn- McCurdy cost breach which may result in all expenditure being frozen while the program is substantially restructured.
