I think there is some changes for us. If you look at us now I think maintenance wise we’ll probably go to a slightly smaller maintenance force and some of the administration tasks we’ll try and get more efficient with the way that is done how it is done through Defence. What we really need to be able to do is to put more people into analysis of the information flows that these aeroplane are able to produce So I think you will see increases in our military analysis, our intel specialisation need to get bigger because all the platforms we’re getting have a pretty big ISR focus and ISR pipes so again if you look at what you need to be able to do it is important that you have that sort of global situational awareness and I think that is a role where Air Force plays a big part, not the only part, but a big part., ISR part.
