Another Boomerang Flys
CAC built CA-12 Boomerang, c/n 886, VH-XBL/A46-63 LB-L, made its first post restoration flight at Caboolture, Qld. on Friday June 26.
The pilot was Matt Denning who had owned and still flies Boomerang VH-MHR now with the Temora Aviation Museum. In a camouflage paint scheme the flight now marks as three the number of Boomerangs that have flown in Australia in recent times. The former Guido Zuccoli Boomerang is now a non-flying aircraft on display at the Army Museum of Flying at Oakey.
