Aviation careers in a time of stress

The aviation industry has been grappling with a serious skills shortage as the major airlines rolled out aggressive growth plans which would require a number of new staff who currently aren’t in the pipeline.

But with the recent soaring price of oil which has forced airlines such as Jetstar and Tiger Airways to slow their aggressive growth plans and cut capacity, this could see the current job market dynamics change.
