Qantas Placed A330-203 Vh-ebi Into Domestic Service on February 17 (Traffic/ April) and on February 19 It Operated Its First International Flight as Qf179 From Melbourne to Narita.

Effective March 2 Qantas Substituted A330-200 Equipment in Lieu of a 747-438 on Three of Its Daily Qf25/26 Melbourne-auckland-los Angeles-auckland-melbourne Services, With A330-203 Vh-ebh Operating the First Flight.
