Reflection – it’s often something we only do at the start of each new year, and then only too briefly.

In the cut and thrust of the day-to-day struggle to get to where we need to be, to reach our goals and to keep everyone happy, we can sometimes lose perspective on the good things in life and the positives that happen around us all the time.
