Lion Air to join the Australian jungle

Australia looks set to welcome a new airline later this year with Indonesian low cost carrier Lion Mentari Airlines announcing that it will start an Australian based operation.
The new airline, to be called Lion Air Australia, will be a joint venture between Lion and Brisbane based operator SkyAirWorld.
