Who would have predicted that this was the start of a great run for the Frenchman that would see him the eventual winner of the Perth round of the 2007 Red Bull Air Race? Perth again saw the final round of the Red Bull Air Race series held over the Swan River opposite the city skyline, with aircraft flying from a temporary runway in Langley Park.
