The much anticipated report of the Queensland State Coroner on the inquest into the Lockhart River accident was released on August 17.
The report itself runs to only 54 pages, but it provides a very clear, third party summary of the circumstances surrounding the accident and its aftermath, and in doing so, it gives us all much cause for reflection.
