After rejecting bids from Justus Dornier and a consortium of Fokker and Canadian interests, the Canadian Government has agreed to sell de Havilland Aircraft Canada to Boeing for $US112m.

BAe is considering a stretched version of the Jetstream 31 with the designation Jetstream 41. It would seat 27, compared with 19 in the J831.
