Independent Air Freighters' two DC-9s were recently repainted. The two aircraft were repainted yellow with IPEC titles on the tail, but with IAF logos on the forward fuselage. Here VH-IPF is pictured stripped of paint.

Airlines of Tasmania placed Metro III VH-NEL ‘City of Launceston, Tasmania’ into service on November 9. The Metro III, which has been leased from Tamair, is scheduled to operate seventeen sectors a day on four days of the week. Tamair PA31-350 VH-NEH entered service with Airlines of Tasmania in November.
Airnorth planned to take delivery of its first Metro 23 in mid February. During November Airnorth terminated its lease on PA-31-350 VH-LIL while Cessna 402B VH-ARJ and Cessna 414A VH-PVH were added to the fleet.
