Australian No More:

The merger of Qantas and Australian Airlines will result in the disappearance of the latter’s name, leaving all international and domestic serices operating under the Qantas name and logo.

Repainting of Australian’s fleet in Qantas colours began last month, while all new aircraft on order for Australian will be delivered in those colours. A new uniform for all staff who are in contact with the public will also be commissioned while other items such as logos, advertising and other ‘branding’ matters will be progressively dealt with.
