Qantas Fleet Movements
Qantas added three Boeing 767-338ER’s and a Boeing 7 47-438 to their establishment in this period. T he delivery of these aircraft brought the respective fleet numbers for each type to 12 and 14.
Boeing 767-338ER VH-OGJ Port Macquarie arrived in Sydney on 18/10 as QF531 from Vancouver via San Diego and Honolulu. Boeing 767-338ER VH-OGK City ofMackay arrived in Sydney on 26/10 as QF531 from Vancouver and Papeete. At time of writing Boeing 767-338ER VH-OGL City of Wangaratta was due in Sydney on 23/11. Boeing 747-438 VH-OJN City of Dubbo arrived in Sydney on 10/11 as QF531 direct from Vancouver. For Qantas there is now a 9 month lull in delivery dates until 08/92, when Boeing 7 47-438’s VH-OJO and VH-OJP are due for acceptance.
