Second Defence Corporate Plan Spells Out Raaf’s Future Directions
The second Defence Corporate Plan was released recently by the Department of Defence’s Secretary, Mr Tony Ayers and the Chief of the Defence Force, General Peter Gration.
It is a 76 page foolscap sized document which incorporates changes made under the Force Structure Review announced by the Defence Minister, Senator Robert Ray, on 30 May this year. It is a peak planning· document but is not classified, and is not meant to supplant the special roles of key Defence planning instruments such as the rolling Five Year Defence Program, or the new Ten Year Development Plan.
