Comment – Is The RAAF Big Enough?

On the basis of evidence given to the Defence Sub-Committee of the Joint Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee of the Federal Parliament, the RAAF is not big enough to be able to carry out the tasks that may be expected of it.

The evidence given by Defence and RAAF spokesmen ists a wide range of functions that may have to be performed by the RAAF even in relatively low-level conflicts.
