I’ve just purchased a print subscription, when will I receive the first issue?

You should receive your first issue no more than three weeks after purchasing your subscription. Our mailing list is typically finalised in the second week of the month prior to the following issue’s datelined month with subscriber copies lodged with Australia Post on the second last Wednesday of the month.

Australian subscription copies are despatched via Australia Post’s Priority Print Post service and readers generally receive their copies several days prior to the Australian newsagency on-sale date. However, we cannot guarantee residents in rural Queensland, WA, SA and NT and overseas residents will receive their copy prior to the on-sale date.

I have a current subscription to your magazine but have not received an issue.

If the datelined month begins and you have not received the latest issue, please contact our office via email (mail@australianaviation.com.au) or by phone during AEST business hours on 02 6232 7474. Typically Australian Aviation subscriber copies are lodged with Australia Post on the second last Wednesday of the month.

Auto-renew subscriptions

If you selected the auto-renew option, your elected credit/debit card will automatically be charged one month before the first issue of your next one year subscription. You will receive a notification email prior to this charge. The auto-renew subscription option can be stopped at any time.

How do I update my address details?

Please log-in to our website using the ‘AA Account Login’ box on our subscriptions page here and update your details online.

Alternatively, return the flysheet (address slip) that arrives with your magazine each month with your change of address to our office (Australian Aviation, PO Box 3926, Manuka ACT 2603) or contact our office via email (mail@australianaviation.com.au) or by phone during AEST business hours on 02 6232 7474.

Can I obtain back issues?

Australian Aviation stocks a selection of back issues. Most recent back issues can be viewed and purchased through our online shop. If you are looking for an older issue that is not advertised on the website, please call our office on 02 6232 7474 or email mail@australianaviation.com.au with your request.

How can I find out how many issues I have remaining until my subscription expires?

This can be found on the flysheet (address slip) that comes with your magazine each month. You will find a row of numbers above your name; the first number is your Australian Aviation ID number. The number that comes after the letter ‘R’ (ie R:5) details how many remaining issues you have.

I wish to purchase a gift subscription, how do I go about this?

I haven’t received the February issue?

We publish a combined January-February edition. Our magazine is published 11 times a year with issues datelined January-February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December.
