I’ve successfully logged into the magazine and my subscription is valid but I cannot view the online version of the magazine.
If this occurs the automatic login failed between our website and the digital magazine. There is a quick work around if this occurs. Click on the Australian Aviation logo on the top left hand corner, this will return you to the homepage. Hover over the AA Online in the black toolbar at the top of the page and select the Read AA Online from the drop down menu. That should redirect you to the latest issue.
The log in to the online version of the magazine keeps timing out (greeted with blank page).
I’ve successfully logged in but it is saying my subscription is expired and I’ve recently renewed my subscription.
Please contact our office via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone during AEST business hours (02 6232 7474) with as many details as possible regarding your subscription at hand.
