L3 Technologies has established local boards of directors in three of its key international focus markets.
The new boards will support L3’s military and commercial businesses in Australia, Canada and the UK, and will support the development of and promote strategic initiatives in their respective regions.

“We continue to focus on accelerating L3’s international business by strengthening our customer relationships and forging productive partnerships in key regions,” Christopher E Kubasik, L3’s chief executive officer and president said in a statement.
“L3 has affordable, state-of-the-art solutions, and we are combining resources from across the company to deliver increased capabilities and value to our customers.”
L3 Technologies Australia Group Pty Ltd will be led by its new managing director, Alan Titheridge, and will build on L3’s experience in delivering advanced technologies and support to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) across land, sea and air domains, and growing L3’s in-country workforce and supplier base.

L3 Technologies Canada Group Inc will be led by its new chair, Richard Foster, and L3 Technologies UK Group Ltd will be led by its new managing director, Ronald Cook.
