Northrop Grumman Australia has completed its takeover of Qantas Defence Services, which is now known as Northrop Grumman Integrated Defence Services. Qantas announced the sale of the subsidiary for $80 million in August 2013.
Northrop Grumman said in a statement that “IDS operates as a part of Northrop Grumman Australia and is strategically aligned with the Integrated Logistics and Modernization division of Northrop Grumman Technical Services”.
