TBM 850 deliveries rise

Daher-Socata delivered 40 TBM 850s in 2013.

Daher-Socata has reported it delivered 40 new TBM 850s in 2013, meaning the global fleet of 338 TBM 850s now exceeds the 324 examples of the previous TBM 700 model that were delivered.

While the majority of the aircraft were delivered to the US market, four also went to Europe, three to South America, one to Australia, and one to Saudi Arabia.

“Aircraft manufacturing activity, with its successful TBM family, is a highly strategic business for DAHER-SOCATA and for DAHER,” Stéphane Mayer, President and CEO said in a statement. “It demonstrates our capacity to handle the full range of responsibilities of a complex aircraft program. This is unique in the market, and highly appreciated by our customers in the field of aerostructures and services.”
