The initial production version of Cessna’s New Citation Sovereign has rolled off the line as the first of six new aircraft Cessna hopes to bring to market this year.
The newest Citation comes with a range of 3,000nm and features improved cabin cooling, Garmin G5000 avionice with auto throttles and a new cabin management system. Winglets have also been added, contributing to increased range and enabling direct climb to 45,000 feet.

The nine-seat Citation Sovereign has been in service since 2004. The updated version is scheduled to enter service in the third quarter of this year, Cessna says.
