The third annual ‘Haul-a-Herc’ fundraiser was held recently at RAAF Base Richmond.
Twenty teams of 20 people each competed to pull the 40-tonne C130J over a 10 metre course in the quickest time.

While the RAAF Base Richmond team got the fastest time of 11.68 seconds during qualifying heats, the Public Order and Riot Squad of the NSW Police for the third year running won the finals with a time this year of 12.42 seconds.
