Oman Air has ordered the 787.

Oman Air has announced a deal to purchase six Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners.

The787s had previously been ordered by Kuwait-based leasing company ALAFCO, but Oman Air said it had reached an agreement to take over the order.

Boeing did not release terms of the deal. The list price of the 787 is US$193.5 million, though airlines often negotiate discounts. The order was announced at the Dubai Airshow.
